We wanted to share a little more about the Emerging Leaders Program before seats fill up. This is the only cohort we're running in 2026, so if you have someone who's ready to step up, now is the time. 

The program covers four leadership topics spread across two half-day sessions: 

  • Self-awareness through DiSC®. Participants learn their own behavioral style, how to read others, and how to actually use that knowledge on the job. 

  • Communication. Not the surface-level stuff. The harder parts, like listening well, giving feedback that lands, and becoming someone people genuinely want to work with. 

  • Conflict. Participants figure out their natural conflict style, when to lean into it, when to dial it back, and how to de-escalate situations before they get worse. 

  • Performance management. How to catch problems early, have the tough conversations, and hold people accountable in a way that doesn't feel like punishment. 

The whole program is built around what actually works in the real world, not just in a training room. 

The program runs May 27 and June 3, 2026, from 9 am to 1 pm each day, at North Coast Builders Exchange. Seats are limited.
