An opt-in data-sharing network built across Commerce7’s 3,000+ winery ecosystem, Guest Intelligence surfaces an anonymized, aggregated context about new guests the moment they arrive — whether they’re an active club member elsewhere, how many wineries they’ve visited this year, and their general spending range. Ask Pip

A complete rebuild of the former Chat DTC tool, Ask Pip is a conversational AI interface that lets winery teams query their data in plain language and get real answers — instantly, without exports or analyst requests. Built entirely within Commerce7’s environment, Pip is designed to never fabricate a result it cannot support.

Club Churn Prediction and Club Signup Prediction

Commerce7 now predicts both ends of the club membership lifecycle. Club Churn Prediction uses behavioral engagement signals across 43 customer touchpoints to estimate the likelihood of a member cancelling within 30 days, with 74% accuracy. Club Signup Prediction applies the same framework to identify customers who are most likely to join the club — giving tasting room staff and marketing teams the right signal at the right moment.

Automated Emails

A native Commerce7 email automation tool built around event-triggered templates. Available today: abandoned cart, order confirmation, and birthday emails — with club anniversary, reservation completed, order pickup reminder, and reservation reminder coming very soon. Each automation includes configurable conditions, personalization options, and send timing, so wineries can act on the data they're already collecting without adding another tool to their stack.

Rebuilt Product Recommendations

Commerce7’s personalization engine has been rebuilt with a new model that draws on the full customer relationship and cross-customer purchase patterns to generate more accurate product recommendations. A new related products feature surfaces contextual suggestions on product pages, and a new Dynamic Cart Upsell carrot type surfaces the most relevant product at checkout — all without any manual curation from the winery.
