Developed by Sentia Testing Pty, a medical-grade biosensor company, the Sentia™ system is an affordable and accessible option for routine wine monitoring. Key parameters including free SO₂, glucose, fructose, malic acid, and acetic acid can be measured in minutes without specialized training. Sentia fills a practical gap for economical routine analysis in wineries without in-house lab testing capabilities or large budgets for outside testing.
