An Italian-Style Vineyard in Dry Creek Valley
Sangiovese and olive trees share the same acre at this Dry Creek Valley vineyard.
Planted in 2008, the block is planted to Sangiovese FPS01 on 101-R rootstock and has been organically managed for the past nine years. The vines are interplanted with olive trees in a traditional Italian style, giving this small Healdsburg site a character all its own.
For 2026, 2–3 tons of Sangiovese are available at $2,800 per ton. It’s a compact lot for a winery that doesn’t need a large-volume commitment but still wants a clearly defined varietal, vineyard and Dry Creek Valley origin.
Interested buyers can also arrange a vineyard walk-through before making a decision.

Grape sourcing isn’t always about securing the biggest block.
A few tons of the right varietal, from the right vineyard, can be just as relevant when a winery has a specific need to fill. WIN Marketplace gives growers a place to make those smaller, more distinctive opportunities visible to the trade.
