Lytton Manor Puts the Terms on the Table

Lytton Manor Vineyard is keeping the conversation simple: any offer is welcome on its 2026 Dry Creek Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

The 12-acre vineyard is projecting 30–35 tons this season, with harvest expected in mid- to late September. Buyers can work with the two main blocks for mechanical harvesting or opt to have the entire vineyard hand harvested. Harvest costs would be covered by the buyer.

Originally planted in 1988, the vineyard was replanted in 2019 to Cabernet Sauvignon clones 30 and 47 on 1103P rootstock.

There’s also an opportunity to taste what came before. Samples of the vineyard’s 2025 Cabernet Sauvignon are available for buyers evaluating the 2026 fruit.
