Last week, we welcomed back a new group of students from Bakersfield College’s Intro to Viticulture class for a behind-the-scenes look at grapevine production. Even in our off-season, there was plenty to see and learn about our main production processes and the students even got to try their hand at grafting. To end the tour everyone was gifted a table grape vine of their own to grow! We truly enjoy helping bring viticulture education to life with hands on industry experience.
