An Alexander Valley Winery With Serious Storage Behind It

CG Di Arie Vineyard & Winery is opening its doors to select commercial clients seeking winemaking expertise, production support, and access to an established Sierra Foothills winery.

At the center of the operation is Chaim Gur-Arieh, Ph.D., an award-winning winemaker whose background in food science, invention, and product development helped shape the winery he designed and built.

The facility features gravity-fed production, climate-controlled operations, and specialized fermentation equipment, including Gur-Arieh's patented submerged-cap fermentation technology.

For wineries and wine brands, that expertise extends across several areas:

• Contract winemaking: Fermentation, cellar management, maturation, and production.

• Private-label development: Wine selection, custom blending, product development, and packaging coordination.

• Winemaking consulting: Technical troubleshooting, fermentation processes, and production planning.

• Finished bulk wine: Estate-grown California wines available for commercial buyers and blending programs.

Whether a project calls for technical guidance, additional production capabilities, or help developing a new wine, CG Di Arie brings both the winemaker and the winery to the conversation.

Project scope, availability, and pricing are discussed individually.
