Red and White Rhône Fruit Across Two Paso Districts This Paso Robles listing brings several Rhône sourcing options together in one place. From the Willow Creek District, Grenache and Syrah are available. In Templeton Gap, buyers can look at Syrah, Grenache and Grenache Blanc. That mix gives wineries access to both red and white Rhône varieties across two distinct Paso Robles districts without limiting the conversation to a single block or varietal. Quantities range from 1 to 200 tons, with pricing from $1,500 to $4,500 per ton depending on the fruit, vineyard and volume. Fruit from these sites has previously been selected for wines from JUSTIN, DAOU and Hope Family Wines. Multiple varieties and vineyard sites give buyers a chance to evaluate several sourcing paths within the same conversation, whether the need is narrowly defined

VA Filtration’s DARC-Pro process reduces the free smoke aromatics that cause taint, potentially eliminating smoke taint from wine completely. In use since 2020, DARC-Pro has successfully treated millions of gallons of tainted wine. In a recent USDA trial, DARC-Pro was twice as successful in reducing smoke compounds from wine compared with other current technologies. Our process uses proprietary membrane and combination adsorption technology. The permeate, generated through the membrane, carries both free and bound smoke compounds and passes through an adsorption column and a secondary phenolic treatment column, where those compounds are drastically reduced or removed. Each pass treats about 40% of the volume as permeate through the column trains. You contract only for the passes each lot needs — fewer for light taint, up to four or more for heavy taint. See the DARC process. Example of reduction — two passes, heavily tainted 2017 Mendocino Syrah (AWRI) Guaiacol 21 → 6 µg/L · Syringol

From One Ton to 200 Across Two Paso Districts The scale of this Paso Robles Rhône grape listing is unusually broad. Fruit is available from two vineyard sites: Grenache and Syrah from the Willow Creek District, and Syrah, Grenache and Grenache Blanc from Templeton Gap. The listing spans quantities from 1 to 200 tons, with pricing from $1,500 to $4,500 per ton depending on variety, vineyard and volume. That leaves room for very different sourcing conversations, from a relatively focused addition to a much larger 2026 commitment. There is history behind the sites as well. Fruit from these vineyards has previously been selected for wines from JUSTIN, DAOU and Hope Family Wines. Congratulations to Riboli Family Wine Estates, Jada Vineyard & Winery, and Highlands 41 — one Silver and three Bronze across three categories. Every year, the Wine Business Monthly Pack Design Awards put wine packaging in front of a panel of industry buyers, marketers, and designers who judge it the way a consumer would: on the shelf, in the hand, in context. This year, four packages built on Encore Glass bottles came home with awards. We supplied the glass. The vision, the design, and the courage to go somewhere unexpected belong entirely to our partners — and we couldn't be prouder to have played a part. Two Paso Districts. Multiple Rhône Possibilities. There are still substantial Rhône grape opportunities on the table for the 2026 vintage. This WIN Marketplace listing brings together premium fruit from two Paso Robles vineyard sites, with: Paso Robles Willow Creek District Grenache + Syrah Templeton Gap Syrah + Grenache + Grenache Blanc The seller is offering anywhere from 1 to 200 tons, with pricing ranging from $1,500 to $4,500 per ton depending on the variety, vineyard, and volume. Your Next Rhône Program Starts Here Some of the wine industry's most exciting sourcing opportunities begin with a region, not a varietal. Paso Robles has become one of California's premier destinations for Rhône grapes, earning a reputation for producing expressive wines shaped by warm days, cool evenings, and a diverse range of soils. For wineries exploring Rhône-style programs or looking to expand their portfolio, the region continues to offer exceptional potential. As July comes to a close, vineyard sourcing is entering a critical stage. Crop estimates are becoming more refined, harvest logistics are taking shape, and many wineries are making their final fruit commitments for the 2026 vintage. Opportunities like this provide a chance to connect directly with growers while there's still time to secure premium fruit before harvest begins. There is, for good reason, a lot of reporting right now on climate change and how it's affecting the grape harvest. Everywhere you look, wine regions are experiencing harsher-than-normal conditions. It would be easy to write a post about how hot it is and stop there. But, I want to pick out something else: this is a story of climate volatility, not just heat. A Cold Night in Bigfork, Montana This hit home for me in 2022, when I was asked to evaluate a future winery, and existing vineyard in the Bigfork area of Montana. Two years earlier, in 2020, the growing season had been warm, and the owners felt good about what climate change might mean for grape growing that far north. But, climate change isn't just hotter weather. It's climate volatility. In that same warm year, Montana got a sudden, early, catastrophic cold event. The weather through September and into early October 2020 stayed mild, highs in the mid-50s, with only two nights that dipped to freezing. Because of that, most of the

Paso Robles Rhône Fruit Is Ready for the 2026 Vintage Paso Robles has become one of California's defining homes for Rhône varieties. Over the past few decades, the region has earned international recognition for producing Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Viognier, Roussanne, and other Rhône cultivars that thrive in its warm days, cool nights, and diverse soils. Today, Paso Robles is home to more than 40 grape varieties and has established itself as one of North America's premier regions for Rhône-style wines. As we move into late July, wineries are narrowing their sourcing decisions ahead of harvest. Vineyard availability is becoming more defined, production plans are taking shape, and now is the time to secure fruit that aligns with your winemaking goals. Opportunities like this give buyers access to premium Rhône varieties from one of California's most respected growing regions. Great wine brings people to your winery. Great hospitality brings them back. Winery hospitality doesn't stop at the tasting bar anymore, and neither should your point of sale. Whether guests are exploring the vineyard, relaxing on the patio, attending a member event, or discovering your wines at a festival, they expect buying wine to be just as easy as tasting it. But many wineries are still using POS systems designed for a single checkout counter, creating unnecessary friction for both guests and staff. A mobile POS changes that. Instead of asking guests to come to the register, it brings the register to the guest, making every interaction faster, more personal, and more connected. Why Flexibility Matters in Winery Service Hospitality is the heartbeat of any winery. Guests expect warm, personal interactions, whether they’re standing at your tasting bar or sipping on a hilltop vineyard tour. A mobile POS ensures every one of those interactions is seamless, connected, and personalized.
