Many leaders in this day and age find themselves burnt out, they look forward to seasons, or times when things can slow down, just so they can catch up. As leaders we are expected to keep charging forward; deadlines cannot be missed, payroll must be processed, new goals must be set, and most importantly, our team cannot see us struggle with burnout. But how do you prevent burnout? You have tried all the normal tips and tricks, but prioritizing exercises and meditation worked for a month or so but have since fallen behind checking your countless emails from your phone.
