Re-Use Payment Descriptions:

Do you create a lot of Payment Requests for the same thing over and over — reservations, deposits, club updates, or a current promotion? Don’t waste time typing the same description again and again. Just click the new search icon to see a list of your organization’s previous Payment Request descriptions, sorted from most recent to least, complete with a full-text search to make it easy to find anything specific. Simply click the one you want to re-use and it will take you back to the Create Payment Request dialog with the description field automatically filled in for you.

New Security Icons:

We already know that almost all customers feel comfortable using RedChirp’s Payment Requests to submit their credit card information since 98% of all RedChirp Payment Requests are completed within 24 hours. But it never hurts to reinforce how secure the process is with some visual reminders. Now each Payment Request features two security badges at the bottom to give your customers even more peace of mind. 

Logo Branding:

Create a seamless, convenient, and fully branded experience from start to finish by customizing the banner that appears at the top of your Payment Requests. Add a logo, customize the background color, and adjust with CSS styling.

Branded Payment Request Links:

With RedChirp’s new Branded Link Shortener feature, the links to your Payment Requests will automatically be short and branded just for you. Ready to customize your links? Go to your Main Menu > Organization Settings > Branded Link Shortener > Settings. Click (+) to add a new Branded Short Host.

Not only will links to your Payment Requests be branded and shortened, but RedChirp will also automatically track if they have been clicked and how many times. Click tracking happens in real-time, displays under each message in your conversation, and even populates a new column in the recipient table of bulk messages with this information. 

Beyond Texting — Create Payment Requests to Email:

RedChirp's Payment Request feature is so useful that chirpers requested a way to create one to send another way — by email instead of text perhaps.
