USITC Overturns Countervailing Duties on Imported Wine Bottles
Great news! The U.S. International Trade Commission has overturned the countervailing duties on imported wine bottles following the suit brought by Ardagh and the Steelworkers Union. This decision means that M.A. Silva can continue offering the highest standards in wine bottle production without the added cost burden from these duties.
We hope that anti-dumping duties will also be eliminated soon, which will further enhance our ability to deliver competitively priced, top-quality bottles to all of our valued customers.
