Bucher Vaslin offers you a return to our roots: Bucher Origin Pneumatic Press in open or closed cage.
Adaptability: The Bucher Origin pneumatic press features wide-opening doors for easy filling and pomace removal. Its sliding screen ensures convenient juice collection and washing access. With a user-friendly touch-screen color PLC, it offers operator flexibility with customizable programs. The 'intelligent' OFM program optimizes holding times, automatically switching stages to reduce pressing times during low flow rates.
Washing: Cleaning the Bucher Origin pneumatic press is efficient, with a rear hatch for easy access to the underside, ensuring complete drainage of wash water. The large door opening simplifies interior tank cleaning, and quick-fit drains, swivelable without tools, optimize washing. Additionally, a rinsing ramp facilitates external tank cleaning.
Operator Safety: The Bucher Origin press prioritizes operator safety with cables around the press to halt the machine when the operator leans on it. It is also equipped with a "door close" safety device before pressurizing the tank.
