Caylee Rojas doesn’t have one job title – she has three. But then, where she works, multiple roles in a hustling, thriving, wine-focused company are pretty much par for the course.

Rojas is a Media Manager, Merchandising Coordinator, and Customer Service representative for Crush2Cellar (C2C), a premium winery supply business servicing the U.S. wine industry from the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley since 2015.

Rojas laughs about the many hats she wears along with her teammates – General Manager and father Terry Sherwood; Warehouse Manager, Customer Service rep, and brother Tyler Sherwood; Office Manager, Bookkeeper, and Customer Service rep Danielle Koepke – and says it just comes with the territory.

“We carry a whole range of winery supplies from yeast, bacteria, nutrients, and tannins to tanks, fittings, hoses, valves, and lab equipment, which we stock year round,” Rojas reports. “We get orders from all over the country and we concentrate on our customers. No email goes unread. We put our clients first. If we don’t have it, we’ll find it for you.”
