The Next Big News: Enolytics + eCELLAR Integration!

We are very grateful and excited to announce that we are now compatible with eCELLAR.

eCELLAR and their lovely team already set the bar for winery CRM and ecommerce solutions—helping you build stronger customer relationships, streamline operations, and boost your DTC sales. Now, with Enolytics as a compatible integration, wineries can take that success to the next level with powerful data insights and analytics.

Here’s what this new integration brings to the table:

  • The capability to deep dive into your data to understand customer behavior, buying trends, improve segmentation, and create hyper-personalized offers.
  • Fewer headaches because sales, marketing, and operational insights are brought together in one place.
  • Confidence and time savings in data-driven decisions, thanks to real-time analytics and visualizations.

Here are a few words from Tracy McArdle, CEO of eCELLAR, sharing her excitement

“This integration brings together the best of both worlds, eCELLAR’s powerful DTC winery software and Enolytics deep data insights, giving wineries the tools they need to make smarter decisions, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable growth. It’s about turning data into action in the most seamless way possible.”

This isn’t just about technology—it’s about giving wineries like yours the tools to thrive, grow, and stay ahead in the industry.

What We Know So Far...

You may have seen that we opened the doors a few weeks ago to wineries who would like to sign up for ENO Insights, our free offering that helps wineries “dip their toe” into visualizing their own data.

The more wineries who participate, the more data we’ll anonymize and aggregate. That means the closer we’ll get to a “ticker” of DTC data (generalized, without revealing individual winery names) that visualizes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), so that wineries can see on a daily basis how they’re doing in relation to other wineries.

We’ve noticed some patterns, both in terms of the wineries who have registered for ENO Insights as well as what they want to learn from the “ticker.”

1. Wineries of all sizes have signed up, from smaller, family-owned, boutique wineries all the way to large, multi-brand companies. The technology scales to accommodate that significant range, and it’s interesting (and not very surprising) to see that we are all looking for answers to the challenging environment.

2. Wineries of varying levels “data usage” have signed up too. Some are incredibly sophisticated, and use ENO Insights as a “cheat sheet” of the most important things to share with more of their staff on a daily basis. Other new ENO Insights subscribers fit the template of who we envisioned in the first place, that is, wineries looking to “dip their toe” into becoming more data literate.

3. Wineries are looking for reference points and benchmarking, and are eager for us to get to the point of statistical significance so that we can offer regular (likely daily) updates on industry trends.

We’re eager to get there too, and we can — with your help.

To get started with ENO Insights, sign up here or contact us directly. Here’s all the info in response to questions we can anticipate. If you have others, just drop us a line. We’d love to talk.

Run Your Own Race for Wine DTC, Even When It's Hard

"Run your own race."

I grew up playing a lot of sports and I used to love hearing this advice. The runners all around me did their thing - rabbiting out to a quick start, say, or teammates sticking together shoulder-to-shoulder on a narrow trail so no competitor could pass them - but my focus was on the strategy Coach and I had determined ahead of time.

Running your own race works. Which is why I love the metaphor as a theme of the latest DTC report from WineDirect in partnership with Enolytics. Download it now.
Here are two ways that businesses who work with Enolytics are running their own race regardless of the competitors around them. You'll find their stories in the report.

Micro-Segmentation. Leah and Tom at Cépage Direct To Consumer Strategies micro-segment customer lists and purchasing patterns, putting data to optimal use in order to engage with customers at a deeper level. And sell more wine for their winery clients.

Coaching Sales Associates. Sweet Cheeks Winery in Eugene, Oregon literally wins awards for their Tasting Room experience. Looking at individual performance data helps leadership coach their sales team and build a culture of feedback for achieving the best possible results. It's working.

These are the best races for these businesses to run.

What's your best race? And how can we help you get there?

Download the latest report. Drop me a note anytime. We'd love to help.

Thank you, as always, for reading and for your support -
