If you want to be liked, you MUST swap this for that to ensure customer happiness! I've literally seen club agreements say NO SWAPS ALLOWED. I'm not sure I would want to be a member of that club.
Again, people buy from people they like. That means you need to get make sure today's buyers walk away wanting to buy again in the future. If they ask you to swap this club wine for a different one, you should be able to do it. And not just do it, but make it easy, without a ton of fuss.
