We're here to meet all of your production packaging needs!

Kitting is a great direct marketing strategy and an effective tool for your winery’s consumer retention. But this often require expertise, time and resources that many wineries – and even fulfillment houses – do not have.

WineBev Services contracts with wineries and other manufacturers, much like any business that offers temporary production help. The main difference is that we supply a working Quality Assurance Supervisor who stays with a group of 3-4 very capable workers. The QAS is also trained to work with your project management team to ensure quality workmanship.

All contracts are inclusive of WineBev Services covering all workers’ compensation insurance, general liability insurance, employment taxes, withholding and administration of all payroll and related functions. WineBev Services has a proactive risk management program and makes safety a number one priority.

So why use WineBev Services?

  • WineBev Services offers highly competitive rates on packaging projects and often can cut costs substantially over handling packaging needs in-house.

  • WineBev Services handles all employer and HR responsibilities including recruiting, hiring, training, and benefit implementation and costs.

  • WineBev Services offers our off-site partners customized hours of employment, provided through individual contract, from a half day to on-going contracts.

  • WineBev Services has outstanding, continuous quality control monitoring.

Wine Cave Gala 2015
13 May, 2015

Join UCP of the North Bay on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Deerfield Ranch Winery for our 2nd annual Wine Cave Gala, limited to 120 guests.

Allow us to set the stage for an evening that feeds the senses, stimulates conversation, and ultimately supports our UCP of the North Bay community.  This will be a night to enjoy elegant culture in a relaxed social atmosphere, a place to mingle with people from the North Bay, as well as contribute to the mission of UCP of the North Bay.

Proceeds from this event go to our therapeutic recreation programs that serve over 500 children and adults with developmental disabilities including cerebral palsy, intellectual disabilities, autism, and epilepsy. We believe that recreation is “life’s necessity,” complementing work and school and providing self-esteem and social opportunities that are otherwise missing from the life of a person with a developmental disability.

UCP of the North Bay’s Wine Cave Gala 2015 is sure to be an exciting evening with something for everyone to enjoy.

WineBev & UPC to announce the Employer of the Year awards
15 September, 2014

United Cerebral Palsy(UCP) of the North Bay is honored to announce the Employer of the Year awards at their upcoming Gratitude Awards ceremony.

Presented at the UCP of the North Bay’s 2014 Grapes & Gratitude reception at Jacuzzi Winery on September 18, 2014, the Gratitude Awards recognize companies whose exceptional activities, achievements and dedication exemplify UCP of the North Bay’s mission to educate, advocate and provide support services to ensure a “life without limits” for people with a spectrum of disabilities.

This year’s honorees are:

• For Napa County: Sutter Home/Trinchero Family Estates for providing employment to employees with disabilities at WineBev Services

• For Solano County: Unique Recycling for providing employment to employees with disabilities at Gone For Good

• For Sonoma County: CamelBak for providing apprenticeships to students at Cypress School and Friedman’s Home Improvement for providing supported employment to employees with disabilities at OADS

UCP of the North Bay is proud to honor these exceptional businesses for their efforts to create an inclusive work environment that recognizes abilities, not differences. These businesses stand as an example of what can be done by corporate citizens to support people with disabilities to achieve meaningful employment and equal rights.

“Our goal at UCP of the North Bay is for all people with disabilities to live a ‘life without limits,’ says Margaret Farman, Chief Executive Office at UCP of the North Bay. “These four partners set an impressive standard offering dignified employment to people with disabilities and helping to make a significant shift in our cultural views, highlighting the benefits of employing people with disabilities.”s
