Case Study: Winery Grows Revenue by 20%, Finds New CustomersToday, we’re updating a case study to include the time period from July 2012 through December 2012. The results, while fantastic, are not surprising. By utilizing our services, the sample winery had revenue growth of 20% and acquired many new customers that are buying frequently and spending more money than the average. For the sample winery, the story is the same as it is for all our wineries – Vintners’ Alliance incurs all costs and is only paid a percentage of sales that it generates. And now for the results…
Revenue Increase – 20% The numbers speak for themselves – in a trailing 6 month period, we provide $613k in incremental revenue to this selected winery. That equated to a 21% lift in eCommerce sales.
New Customers – 367 New Customers… ones that buy more frequently and spend more than the average customers For the selected winery, VA delivered 367 NEW customers (an 17% increase in new customer count). Not only are we bringing in new buyers, but they are buying more often that other new customers.
