Insulation
Petrochem provides mechanical insulation services for every type of industrial and commercial application. From high temperature processes represented in petroleum refineries to the moisture resistant critical applications of refrigeration systems we have the experience to complete every type of project. Custom made removable insulation blankets are also available.


Scaffolding
Utilizing Petrochem’s multi-crafted scaffold erectors offers your facility exceptional value that results in substantial savings. Whether your project is daily maintenance, capital work or major turnarounds our scaffold division’s eighteen years of experience is available to you. We also provide engineering design, estimating, planning and consulting services for scaffolding and shoring.

Abatement
Petrochem offers cost effective asbestos abatement and disposal services of asbestos and lead containing materials. Our experienced staff provides abatement services in a competitive, responsive and reliable manner. All our workers are EPA-AHERA certified and company personnel who supervise asbestos abatement work are “competent persons” in accordance with OSHA standards.


Fireproofing
Structural and Electrical fireproofing is provided in accordance with numerous UL designs including 1709. Applications include cementitious spray and/or trowel and cement pour. Our staff is trained by Carboline, our material supplier, in the application of their Pyrocrete products. Under normal installations the finished application results in a two hour fire rating.


Industrial and Decorative Floor Coatings
Low to no odor epoxy flooring, urethane, and polyurea can be installed in both inside and outside applications. Coatings are acid and heat resistant and can be used in a variety of applications including under process areas and bottling lines, classrooms, kitchens and containment areas. Water resistant joint sealing services are also available. From 6 mils to 15” thick trowel and roll applied from decorative to extreme industrial conditions.


Industrial Painting
Because of our well known performance as a multi-crafted specialty contractor in the early 1990’s, Petrochem experienced an increase of requests to provide painting services in refinery and industrial facilities. These requests were brought on by customers who had observed our company self-performing painting which was required for our structural fireproofing projects. Today our painting services are primarily based on field applied brush and roll coatings. We have completed projects ranging from a few lineal feet of piping to refinery projects with piping in excess of 15,000 lineal feet and associated equipment


Metal Siding
Petrochem’s metal sheeting installation crews provide a high quality, ascetically pleasing finished product over any structure. Our crew’s experience and training is the cornerstone of our success in providing this service to practically every industry in the market.
