UV Waterless Offset

UV Waterless Offset web printing is the benchmark of the industry. Nothing matches the quality and versatility delivered by UV Waterless Offset printing. With screens over 200 lpi (lines per inch) and the certain registration only available from metal plates all other printing pales in comparison. Flexo vs. UV Waterless Offset

There are plenty of great uses for flexo printing but printing high quality labels on rolls is not one of them. No flexo press can match the precision quality and detail found in UV waterless offset printing. Flexo’s soft rubber plates cannot compete with the accuracy of UV Waterless Offset web printing. For sharp clean colors and super-tight resolution UV waterless offset is visibly superior.

Digital Printing

Over the past decade LabelOne Connect has worked closely with digital web printing to continue to raise the bar on this fantastic printing method. For labels with extremely tight registration requirements nothing can match its accuracy. Digital printing’s versatility, speed and precision have become key components for our clients who need high quality and smaller quantities. Digital printing is an excellent solution for those who need to print a limited quantity of labels and/or those who require multiple variations of the same label on a single press run. Letterpress

There is nothing like the sensuous look and texture of Letterpress printing. Invented in 1439, raised type and art are literally pressed into the paper leaving not just ink but a deep satisfying impression as well. Long forgotten by a high-speed industry, Letterpress has found a resurgence in many craft-printing houses printing one sheet at a time. Garment Label Printing

LabelOne Connect has been printing garment labels for nearly as long as our doors have been open. To this day we offer the highest quality garment labels found anywhere. Label Applicators

LabelOne Connect’s series of labeling equipment are the ideal labeling solution for applying labels to a variety of packaging containers.  We have label applicators that range from manual operation to fully automatic controls. Our table-top models are perfect for smaller packing companies or smaller packaging run.

Our series of label applicators starts with our Label-Aide label applicator.  The Label-Aide is our manually operated model that applies labels to cylindrical containers. We also have the SHIFT, which is based on the same design as the Label-Aide but with an adjustable carriage to accommodate a wide variety of container sizes. Moving up from our manual models we go to the EVO label applicator.  The EVO is our semi-automatic version of our SHIFT Label Applicator. Our SQRT and VERT label applicators are in a class all their own.  With the ability to program up to 25-different label configurations, the SQRT and VERT label applicators will assist any packaging line with superb precision and speed.  For applying labels to flat, concave or convex containers we have our TAMP label applicator.  The TAMP is also programmable and can be fitted with a cylindrical labeling head for increased versatility. With a wide variety of machine capabilities, we are sure you’ll find the best applicator to suit your labeling needs.
