Oxygen - Oxygen/Carbon Dioxide MAP Analyzers

Oxygen Analyzer (Model 900041) and Oxygen & CO2 Analyzer (Model 900141):

Both Bridge Oxygen Analyzer (900041) and Oxygen & CO2 Analyzer (900141) are precision analyzers that are equally at home in the QA Lab or on the Process Line.  They are specifically designed for industrial use and have many major advantages over other analyzers as outlined below:

  1. Low purchase price:  Both analyzers are one of the lowest cost fully digital analyzers on the market.  This is done without sacrificing quality of measurement or ruggedness – both necessary requirements of the industrial user.
  2. Low cost of ownership:  The analyzers use a customer-changeable EC oxygen sensor that is automatically re-calibrated on room air oxygen at the push of a button for Oxygen measurement; and for 900141 O2 & CO2 analyzer, stable and enduring infrared technology for CO2 measurement.  Each analyzer comes with a special closed-point dual-port sample needle to resist needle clogs, and has a full complement of protective filters to protect the analyzer itself from sample-borne contamination.  They are designed for regular use on the process line.
  3. Holds Calibration: The analyzers make use of very stable measurement technology.  There is no need for periodic calibration to maintain unit accuracy over years of use.
  4. Exceptional Accuracy:  Unparalleled Oxygen and CO2 measurement capability – providing a full 100% range, and autoranging and gain switching below 10% to increase low level accuracy for measurement of 0.01% CO2 and 0.001% residual oxygen.
  5. Rugged Design:  Each analyzer has a fully sealed NEMA 4 enclosure that is protected by a foam-filled soft carrying/storage case.  It has a large internal battery for cordless use and is temperature compensated for cold process temperatures.  These analyzers are designed to give long service and hold up to the demands of a typical processing environment.
  6. Single Button Oxygen and CO2 Measurement:  The operator tests a product by pushing a single button, which takes a gas sample from the product bag and makes simultaneous Oxygen and CO2 measurements – holding them on the display until the next test.
  7. Cordless Operation:  Each analyzer has a built-in battery pack, (8-hour standard for Oxygen Analyzer, 6-hour standard for O2/CO2 Analyzer – 18-hour optional for Oxygen Analyzer and 16-hour optional for O2/CO Analyzer) providing cordless operation with mobility for the process line.  This capability enhances rapid verification and troubleshooting of the packaging process.
  8. Time-Proven Reliability:  This series of MAP analyzers has been in continuous production for over 10 years – and represents the fourth generation of the products.  It is time-proven with hundreds of units being used in very difficult operating environments - from Fresh-Cut Vegetables to Fruit Packaging, to Meat and Poultry MAP applications.
  9. Customer Accessible EC O2 Sensor:  The analyzer actively tests the O2 sensor during automatic room oxygen calibration, and notifies the user well in advance of functional degradation so he can order a sensor and install it for another 12 to 18 months of uninterrupted operation.  The sensor is inexpensive, autocalibrating, and very stable, and there is no need to send the analyzer to the factory for periodic service or calibration.
  10. Simple On-Site Calibration Capability:  For those with strict compliance policies, the analyzer has built-in routines for simple on-site calibration verification using certified process gas.  The analyzer can easily be adjusted using built-in routines to match certified process gas at the customer site using the Bridge MAP Analyzer Gas Test Stand.  No need to send the analyzer back for factory calibration or purchase special calibration equipment.

Bridge Analyzers, Inc., Maker of MAP Analyzers

Bridge Analyzers, Inc. was founded in 1997 to design, manufacture, and market high quality and easy-to-use gas analyzers.  The analyzers are used for single or multiple gas verification in MAP (Modified Atmospheric Packaging) food packaging or for other headspace gas analysis.

All our products are designed and manufactured in our facility in Alameda, California. We take pride in continuing to produce high-quality products in the USA primarily for the domestic market, even though the mass majority of manufacturing jobs have been moved overseas by other providers.

We continue to strive to succeed in supporting American industry with American-made products in this ever-changing global economy.
