Liquid Oak Tannins are a big hit with winemakers as they prepare wines for bottling - the water based concentrate can be added in the final stage of bottling prep, and offer the most elegant (and affordable!) aromatic nuances. French oak is used, with different forest selections and toasting procedures, to produce the following range of products:

• Fruit Enhancer adds structure and a softening, rounding, aging effect on red and white wines, often reducing any vegetative character.
• Vanilla is most popular. It provides a slight vanilla accent and provides a very smooth, often creamy addition to white wines.
• Mocha brings out the character of a heavy toast barrel, slightly smokey with chocolate-coffee undertones.
• Harvest Tannin is made from fresh and aged (not used!) oak. It adds structure, preserves color and covers most vegetative characters.
• Cherry Wood/Oak is an exciting new blend of French Oak and Cherry Wood. It delviers the succulent fullnes of cherry/berry character to many red wines. It "awakens" the fruit/berry character in Syrah and other classic red blends.
