What is ‘Bottle Shots’?
Bottle Shots is an annual charity event that coincides with harvest in the wine country and supports the Active 20-
30 Club of Healdsburg. This year Bottle Shots will be hosted by Trentadue Winery where guests will participate in
harvest-related activities, sample from over 20 local producers of wine, food and beer…and enjoy live music into
the night. Our goal for the event is to raise $10,000 for the Active 20-30 Healdsburg Children's Charitable Fund,

Who is the target audience?
The primary targets for this event are wine industry “insiders” who often participate in consumer events
representing their respective wineries, but rarely have the opportunity to participate in the harvest festivities. The
roles that the decision makers from within this group represent range from production to sales/hospitality to
accounting. We anticipate that approximately 60% of the attendees will be wine industry “insiders”. The secondary
targets for this event are wine & food enthusiasts hailing from around the Northbay which we anticipate will
represent 40% of the attendees. A majority of these people represent an attractive demographic with household
incomes in the top 20% of the population in Northern Ca, while the balance of this group is made up of the next
generation of wine consumers who are hip to wine country living and often shop/dine on locally produced artisan
foods.
Sponsorship and volunteer opportunities:
Food & Beverage sponsorship opportunities are available in addition to 5 sponsor levels for cash and in-kind
donations (Title, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Food & Beverage). We also have volunteer opportunities ranging from
event marketing and coordination to event setup/breakdown and assisting our food and beverage sponsors. All
event volunteers will receive 1 free ticket to the event. Please see the opposite page for details on sponsorship levels
for cash and in-kind donations. Deadline for corporate sponsor donations in order to be included in all marketing

The Active 20-30 Club of Healdsburg #205 is a service club made up of young men and women between the ages of 20
and 39, dedicated to helping children in the Healdsburg area. Active 20-30 US & Canada provides young adults with
an opportunity to improve the quality of life for the special needs children in their community. The Active 20-30 Club
is unique from other service organizations in that we place a strong emphasis on an active approach to community
service—participating in a hands-on fashion. Through service, our members are given the opportunities for personal
growth, friendship, community involvement and leadership development.
